The HT Group is partnering with a Global Semi-Conductor company here in Austin who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, lives in the North Austin area, and has experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suites. The main job duties will be answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department, entering client information into SAP, prepare various reports for the office manager and regional manager, and work cross-functionally with a variety of internal team. 

Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience 

Start Date: ASAP 

Model: Contract-to-hire

Type: Fully in-office, with the opportunity to go hybrid after conversion 

Requirements: 
– 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service 
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suites 
– Ability to work in-office in North Austin 
– Reliable transportation to work 
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Desires
– Ability to type 40 WPM 
– Bachelor degree preferred but not required 
– Ability to start ASAP
