The HT Group is partnering with a Medical Supplies company in North San Antonio who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a Direct Hire basis. The ideal candidates have 2+ years of longevity in their most recent role, 2+ years of high-volume call center experience, and is looking for a long-term career within a company they can learn and grow with. Pay: $16.50/hour or $17.50/hour for bilingual candidates!
Model: Direct Hire
Type: In-office for training, hybrid after the first 60 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
– 2+ years of call center, Customer Service experience
– 2+ years of longevity in their most recent role
– Ability to work in-office in Northwest San Antonio
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Ability to type 40 WPM
– Ability to speak & write Spanish and English
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Past experience with Customer Service in a healthcare setting
– Ability to start on 3/4/2024
