The HT Group is partnering with an established insurance provider here in North Central Austin who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist their team! The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills and must be tech savvy.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen upon hire. This is a work at the office job practicing social distancing. Only local Austin area candidates will be considered!
Contract to Hire
- Make updates and beneficiary changes, address changes, form requests, and more into database
- Assist customers with changes to their policies and answering any questions they might have
- Ensure compliance with company standards and maintaining customer files
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries appropriately and efficiently
- Calculate cash values, premium refunds/changes, loan balances, and other values
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
