The HT Group is partnering with a company in San Antonio to find a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients and providers, completing intake order forms, and maintaining patient account information. This is a high call volume position in a call center setting.
This is a contract-to-hire position paying $16.50/hr.
Start Date – September 25th.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from patients and providers and gather information to identify the organization’s ability to meet the patient’s needs
- Resolves patient complaints and deescalate customer service calls
- Record patient engagement in the corresponding patient information system
- Complete intake order forms and identity coverage and ability to provide for service
- Meet individual and departmental performance metrics
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in an inbound call center environment
- Practical knowledge of computers and applicable software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
