The HT Group is partnering with a Community Support company here in Austin who is seeking multiple Customer Care Specialist to join their growing team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, has past experience conducting research and following processes and procedures, ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long term career within a company whose main focus is helping others. The main job functions will be researching organizations and programs that enhance the community, reaching out and connecting with prospective organizations, work efficiently within multiple software systems, and respond to external requests received in the ticket management system. Our client is seeking candidates who can start ASAP. 

Pay: $22/hour 

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Model: In-office, Monday-Friday 

Start Date: ASAP 

Requirements: 
-MUST have 2+ years of longevity at previous positions 
– MUST be okay working in a dog friendly office
– Past experience conducting research and contacting external clients
– Ability to type 40+ WPM 
– MUST be passionate about our clients mission 
– MUST be able to provide 3 references from past positions 
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
– Ability to work in-office

Desire: 
– Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
– Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
