The HT Group has a security client in North Austin looking for a Contract Customer Service Representative. Your primary role will be to create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with our clients. Collaborating closely with the sales operations team, you will support and empower the American sales team, helping to maximize and expand sales opportunities.
This is a short-term contract role for approximately 4 weeks
Monday-Friday Fully in Office

  • Provide customer support for products and services across all sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Keep customer information accurate in Salesforce CRM
  • Ensure correct settings for customer accounts in Oracle EBS
  • Resolve and coordinate orders with other departments
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, lead times, order status, and product details
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the sales team via phone and email, using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet special customer requirements on POs


  • An associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service
  • 3+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Oracle EBS
  • Strong and effective skills in managing contact databases
  • Proven abilities in time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization
