The HT Group currently looking for a Construction Manager who has experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US.   • Manage the overall budget for the project including change orders and invoicing
  • Spending time on the job site, as well as in the office running the project
  • Will manage Safety and Quality on-site and fulfill the Project Manager role at the office
  • Review all documents and drawings to ensure information is correct, complete, and in compliance with regulatory and safety standards as well as contractual specifications
  • Inspects the site verse blueprints to ensure the G/C is performing under the contract specifications and within budget/time limitations of the contract
  • Generates documents to include RFI, RFA, Construction Plan, Progress Report, etc. to coordinate with G/C and Client
  • Manages G/C to include local engineering companies and their managerial and professional engineering personnel working on the project


  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering program or related field, preferred
  • 5+ years experience working in the Architectural and/or Commercial Construction field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software
  • Project Management and Document Tracking software, preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
