Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Location: Georgetown, TX – Hybrid – 2 days in-office w/flexible hours/3 remote
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience)
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance on insurance coverage while building strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to offer advice and expertise, tailoring insurance solutions to meet our clients’ risk management needs. This role also involves serving as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients. You’ll collaborate closely with a Producer and a Service Advisor to ensure exceptional customer service and revenue growth within our book of business. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Lines, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success.

What You Need:
- Active General Lines Property and Casualty license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance.
- Continuing education requirements fulfilled to maintain active license status.
- 5+ years of Commercial Account Manager/CSR experience within an insurance agency.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance policies and coverages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), a plus.
