The HT Group is partnering with a global semiconductor company in Austin who is seeking an Client Support Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, resides in the North Austin area, and has experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suites. The main responsibilities include answering and transferring calls, managing orders and invoices in SAP, handling sample requests and quotes, registering customers, coordinating with overseas factories, preparing reports, and providing support to Sales Managers, customers, and the CSR team.
Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service
- 2+ years of experience with order processing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work in-office in North Austin
- Reliable transportation to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desires:
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to start ASAP
