The Change Management Practitioner / Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring organizational change initiatives achieve intended outcomes on time and within budget. This role focuses on the people side of change—driving employee adoption, proficiency, and sustained use of new processes, systems, technologies, and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project and business leaders to ensure change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption, engagement, and utilization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance across individuals, departments, and the organization.
- Apply structured change management methodologies and tools throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Assess change impacts, conduct readiness assessments, and identify key stakeholders; collaborate with leaders on mitigation and action plans.
- Design, plan, and deliver effective communication strategies, including targeted messaging for diverse audiences.
- Create, develop, and distribute change-related communications and materials.
- Lead and support training efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Define training requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs, materials, tutorials, and job aids.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula aligned to change objectives.
- Drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and increased proficiency among impacted employee groups.

- Experience supporting or leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Education & Certifications
- Change management certification or designation (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.
