The HT Group is partnering with a growing organization in the marketing solutions space that is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support new client acquisition efforts. This role is focused on generating new revenue by building relationships, developing a strong sales pipeline, and expanding the company’s footprint within the real estate and related industries. This is a highly proactive, “hunter-style” role ideal for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, not just maintaining existing accounts. Having a background in Real Estate or Marketing materials is a huge plus!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Target key stakeholders within real estate organizations and related industries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in CRM systems
- Track and report on pipeline performance, forecasts, and deal progression
- Execute a disciplined and structured sales process from prospecting to close
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Proven track record of generating new business (not just account management)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and drive
- Experience in real estate, marketing, printing, or a related industry highly preferred
- Experience selling to business owners, brokers, or senior-level decision-makers
