Position Summary:
The AV Service Technician is responsible for the installation and service of audio, video and network systems.
Responsibilities:
• Running/installing low voltage wiring including Cat6, Coax, Speaker and Fiber Optic cable, terminating connectors
• Transporting, installing and mounting media and network equipment including speakers, TV’s, cameras, teleconferencing systems and equipment racks build-out
• Test audio and video wiring and troubleshoot problems that arise
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering flawless installations
• Complete daily time entry and expense tracking

Qualifications:
• Must have reliable transportation. A truck or van w. tools is a plus but not required
• Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility
• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Able to lift, transport and set up equipment weighing up to 60 pounds
• Must always be punctual and have a professional attitude
• Must have a good driving record
This is a contract position and will require working onsite to install and troubleshoot equipment. 15-20 HRS/WEEK.
