Position Summary:
The Associate Talent Development Manager is responsible for building a best in class hiring, training, and
development practice. To be successful the Associate Talent Development Manager should be energetic,
responsible, and flexible, with the ability to execute multiple different responsibilities throughout the day
with limited direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize new hire onboarding process to become best in class
• Integrate core values across hiring and talent development functions
• Build out talent development process
• Diversify talent pipelines and refine hiring processes
• Professionalize performance review process
• Support SOP development for new and existing customers, optimizing for ease of
learning and distribution
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of work experience in Training Development
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
• Experience with HR process and documentation for on-boarding, off-boarding, and
performance reviews
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to create and maintain policies, procedures, and forms
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
