The HT Group is partnering with a leading company within the environmental services industry to find an Administrative Assistant to support their HR department! This person will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and greeting incoming guests, as well entering new hires in the HRIS, assisting with new hires orientation, and taking on special HR projects as needed. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who is excited about supporting a team of HR professionals.
**Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered**
Direct Hire | Pay of 50-54k | South Austin (Creedmoor area) | On-Site M-F, 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and HR support to the Director and staff
- Manage front desk area – answer reception phone and welcome visitors
- Order lunches for new employee orientations and meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule and maintain building conference rooms
- Assist applicants with application process
- Enter employee data into HRIS system
- Compile new hire packets in preparation for orientation
- Assist employees with HR registration and entire new hires in HR system
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events
- Work on special HR projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous administartive experience required
- Previous HR support experience ideal
- Experience using ADP or similar system preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work with staff members from all levels of the organization
- Flexible to work over time when needed
