The HT Group is partnering with a consulting firm here in Austin who is seeking a temporary, Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help their team through the end of the year. This is a great opportunity for a student, someone looking to get back into the workforce, or anyone looking to make a little extra money on the side. Our client has a great working environment, is very reputable, and is looking for someone to start ASAP. The main job duties would be greeting customers/clients, assisting with catering orders, setting up conference rooms, issuing visitor badges, and being a friendly face when clients first come in.
Contract, Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 8am-5pm)
Downtown Austin location
$23-$25/hour depending on experience
