The HT Group has a professional services client in Austin, Texas looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant who is organized, proactive, and people-oriented to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide administrative support across multiple departments. This role blends office management, team coordination, and general administrative support — ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and efficiently run office environment
- Coordinate scheduling, travel, and logistics for meetings and company-wide events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and building services (maintenance, cleaning, security)
- Support HR with onboarding, new hire setup, and welcome activities
- Assist Finance with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
- Organize team events and help manage internal communications
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office management role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams or Zoom
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting a collaborative team environment
