The HT Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client based in Beaumont, Texas. This is primarily a temporary position. Candidates who are able to work both day and night shifts may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent role. For those available for day shifts only, the assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months, with the possiblity to extend. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • File documents and maintain organized files
  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle paperwork and assist with documentation
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents as needed
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Assist with processing invoices
  • Support the issuance of purchase orders
  • Additional administrative task as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
