The HT Group is currently seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant to work on-site at their North San Antonio office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Administration or Customer Service, has past experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (including Outlook), has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is open to working a 3-6-month contract. The main job duties will be greeting guests in the front office, answering the main phone line, and directing it to the appropriate person, and providing exceptional customer service. 

Length: 3-6 month contract 

Model: Fully on-site (North San Antonio) 

Start: ASAP 

Hours: 8am-5pm 

Requirements:
– 2+ years of past experience in administration or customer service 
– Ability to work in-office, Monday-Friday 
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
– Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred 
– Ability to start ASAP 
– Ability to type 40 WPM
