The HT Group is looking for a Temporary Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support daily office and accounting operations. This role is expected to continue through mid-summer. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, with a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour, and is based at our client’s office in Beaumont.
Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable and enter invoices daily
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Support other basic administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounts Payable and general administration; industrial background preferred
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
