Sitecore Engineer (Texas/Remote)


As a member of the leadership team, this remote role delivers Sitecore implementations for new and existing Fortune 500 clients, focused on both the technical and strategic value of Sitecore. Your experience with Enterprise CMS Platforms proves valuable. This is a high visibility client-facing role as a trusted advisor, serving as the primary consultant for the client, helping them make key decisions and remain their day-to-day contact throughout the full lifecycle of a project. You will also guide the development team in the best implementation practices and solution design. In this role, you will be expected to manage multiple concurrent projects and ongoing client relationships with ownership of account financial performance.


  • 5+ years’ experience as a Sitecore developer Experience working directly with Customers to define solutions based on Sitecore
  • 5+ years’ experience leading implementation teams to achieve high-value outcomes for your customers
  • 5+ years’ experience in the delivery of client solutions Ability to direct and influence both delivery team members and clients, a trusted advisor
  • Knowledge and experience in leading technology project teams; applying project management techniques in situations that involve a blend of resources from strategy through functional definition to development and deployment
  • Deep understanding of the value of Sitecore in delivering contextual experiences to a client audience
  • Technical experience with Sitecore to deliver projects Experience advising customers on best practices for Sitecore implementations
  • Must be able to synthesize a high-level concept to implementation
  • Must have a customer service-oriented approach and believe in servant leadership
  • Demonstrated success in creating solutions through the usage of creative problem-solving techniques, supported by strong interviewing and influencing skills
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) and agile delivery a plus
  • Confidence to take ownership of opportunities, tasks or issues, seeing them through to a quality and timely completion
  • Must have a passion to create great technology solutions for our customers, applying technology to real-world solutions
  • Must be able to say “no” in a way that does not make someone feel like they are on the losing side Ability to work unsupervised, self-manage deliverables, and multi-task concurrent projects
  • Must understand development processes and techniques
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of personality types
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Able to follow established practices where they exist and recognize where new ones would be beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, OR related experience
