Quality Analyst

NONCONFORMANCE & CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT PROCESSING

  • Process Nonconformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR) through QMS Software.
  • Reviews Customer Complain Log to meet with Managers on open Customer NCRs and CARs for status.
  • Ensures NCR Disposition Due Date is met. Follows-up on reoccurring issues for potential CAR.
  • Issues CARs to Managers and provides necessary support. Ensures CAR Plan Response Due Date is met.
  • Verifies received CAR Cause Analysis and Action Plans are comprehensive. Forwards completed CARs to Quality Manager for approval.
  • Evaluates QMS Data resulting from customer satisfaction surveys, customer complaints, NCRs, and CARs for improvement opportunities.

TRAINING ADMINSTRATION AND COORDINATION

  • Develops and administers Quality Management System training.
  • Coordinates with Managers Department procedure, instruction and form revision change training.
  • Ensures Training Attendance Sheets are centralized within Record Managment System.

AUDIT SUPPORT

  • Escorts External Auditors (registrar and customer).
  • Conducts Internal Audits and discusses findings for classification with Quality Manager.
  • Performs Corrective Action Validation Audits to justify implementation effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing required.
  • 3 years’ experience maintaining a Quality Management Systems program that is ISO 9001 certified preferred.

Education:

  • Engineer Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred.
