Portuguese Membership Recruiter

Direct Hire 40k

Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 (+5 hours of Mandatory Weekly Overtime)

Downtown Austin


  • Sourcing, contacting and pitching to a high volume of customer experts for client projects, using effective sales and recruiting techniques by phone and by email
  • Must meet metric requirements
  • Manage your own pipeline of clientele
  • Vetting employees based on client needs as well as explaining the company’s business model, policies, compliance and terms & conditions
  • Collaborate with other teammates to work on fire drill and to understand the needs of the projects assigned.


  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, recruiting, customer service, fundraising, campaigning, or contact center
  • Confidence in making outbound cold calls and various other outreach approaches (LinkedIn messages) Fearlessness and ability to professionally manage resistance and consistently close recruits
  • Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hustle attitude
  • Polished and persuasive verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings) outside of the traditional workday, as needed based on client needs
