Order Entry Representative

The HT Group is partnering with a well-known security solutions company headquartered here in Austin, TX. Customer Service Representative

Project-Based Assignment – expected to last 6 months.

North Austin

Starting ASAP



  • Assist customers in providing lead-time, pricing, order status, and other general information.
  • First point of contacts for customers calling in
  • Support inbound and outbound requests via telecommunication systems & email systems.
  • Log information provided in the cases and ensure content is acceptable for the customer relationship management systems.
  • Provides clear description of issues escalated to Customer Service Representative team


  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system required
  • Must have a minimum of H.S. education. Some college coursework is desirable.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
