The HT Group is now hiring an energetic and experienced Order Entry Assistant for a fast-paced, growing company in North Austin. Join a hardworking and friendly team with potential for long-term hire and continued opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, have experience in order entry or sales support, and be professional and have a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

$16/hour

Temp-to-hire

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry position.
  • Office admin with great computer skills.
  • Entering invoices and shipping information into QuickBooks
  • Accurate data entry

Specific skill sets and traits required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Team player is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and very well organized.
  • Must type accurately 45 WPM.
  • This position requires a professional work ethic and impeccable attendance.
