Inside Sales

The HT Group is partnering with a Data Solutions company in East Austin to find a highly motivated individual to join the team as an Inside Sales Representative! The ideal candidate is a team player, has strong initiative, is willing to grow, and has a hunger to hunt for new business. This role will be responsible for qualifying leads, cold calling, scheduling meetings, and closing business. This is a great opportunity with a lot of room for growth and training in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.

$50k + commission

Responsibilities

  • Inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Target number of outbound calls between 30 – 50 per day
  • Manage the sales process – prospecting, qualification, closing, and onboarding
  • Grow a customer base through working with existing contacts and new leads
  • Gain industry knowledge through sales and technology trainings
  • Market research to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with partners and run point on sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to promote events
  • Schedule sales meetings and warm introductions to Account Executives
  • Maintain records of accounts, contacts and activities in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years related sales experience may substitute for degree
  • Previous sales experience prospecting, presenting, closing deals
  • Self-starter, disciplined and motivated to consistently build your pipeline
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented to follow-up with prospects, maintain a calendar and task list
  • Work well in a team environment with various personalities
  • High level of interest in technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel
