Customer Service Representatives

The HT Group has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in New Braunfels, TX The ideal candidate will be in or around the New Braunfels area, and will be comfortable handling a high volume of incoming customer service-related calls.

Temp-to-Hire, Full Time!

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $12.25 (non-bilingual) $12.75 (bilingual)

Schedule: The call center is open Mon – Sat 9A-8P. We are closed on Sunday.

Two Shift Options:

  • 11A-8P, two Saturdays worked a month, second day off will not always be consistent. Schedules are created/posted a month at a time
  • 10A-7P, Tuesday – Saturday, off Sunday/Monday

Location: New Braunfels, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Review, process and close all incoming ER tickets, service orders, exchanges, re-selects, return to vendor, and extended warranty claims daily
  • Filling in for team members during absences and peak work times.
  • Continuously thinking of ways to promote individual and team development for call center improvement.
  • Acts as first level of escalation by providing guidance to team members on difficult situations handling exceptions or unusual situations.
  • Referring complex problems to supervisors as appropriate.
  • Maintaining communication with team members, customers, and other departments.
  • Providing daily service reports and ER reports to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Attendance and punctuality.
  • Timely and accurate information exchange, teamwork and cooperation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of inbound call center experience.
  • Previous experience in a Lead or Supervisory role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn in-house computer programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Clean background (no repeat charges or felonies)
  • Able to pass a drug test
