Customer Service Representative – South Austin

The HT Group is now hiring caring and capable Customer Service Representative for a great client in South Austin. Come be a part of a tight-knit team that makes a difference in the lives of others. This position is Temp to Hire, with great benefits once hired.

Full Time, Open Availability Preferred.

$15/hour +

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls as necessary.
  • Direct inbound calls to appropriate staff/department.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
  • Data entry into system or database software.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating various software.
  • Previous customer service experience (in person or over the phone).

  • Dedication to superior customer service.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Punctual and Dependable attendance.
  • Dependable and able to follow through on tasks.
