The HT Group is partnering with one of the fastest growing brands in the outdoor industry to find Customer Service Representatives who are itching to get their foot in the door at one of the coolest companies in Austin. This is a contract role estimated to be about 6-10 weeks. Great way to make some holiday CA$H!
We are looking for customer service representatives who thrive in an ever changing environment and can multitask to join this team! You will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to customers interested in placing orders, gaining product knowledge, and choosing products that best fit their needs.
Pay rate $16/hour
South Austin – remote for the time being with the expectation that you return to the office when it is safe to do so
Temp – 6-10 weeks
Set start date of, Monday – 11/2/20
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries
- Provide thorough and timely follow up to customers when issues cannot be solved during the initial call.
- Handle a variety of inquiries, including but not limited to:
- Inventory availability
- Taking orders for product
- Explaining product features and attributes
- Educating customers on best practices for the products
- Troubleshooting product performance issues with customers to minimize returns of first-quality products.
- Product registration
- Assisting customers with the appropriate selection for their needs & warranty return process when required
- Guide customers to the best resources to resolve any issues.
- Preferred 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Prior experience in a call-center environment is a plus
- Retail experience would be preferred
- College degree preferred. High school diploma required.
- Proficient with basic computer skills – Excel, Word, web browsers
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
