North and South locations available
- Answer high volume incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls as necessary.
- Direct inbound calls to appropriate staff/department.
- Schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
- Data entry into system or database software.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-3 years of related experience or training.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating various software.
- Previous customer service experience (in person or over the phone).
- Outgoing, personable, team player.
- Dedication to superior customer service.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctual and Dependable attendance.
- Dependable and able to follow through on tasks.
- Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and terminology.
Candidates will be required to pass drug screen and background check upon hire.
