Customer Service Representative

The HT Group is now hiring caring and capable Customer Service Representatives for multiple clients throughout Austin. These are exciting opportunities with growing companies looking to expand their teams! The ideal candidates have call center experience and have experience with Salesforce.

Full Time, Open Availability Preferred.

$15-18/hour DOE
North and South locations available

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high volume incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls as necessary.
  • Direct inbound calls to appropriate staff/department.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
  • Data entry into system or database software.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating various software.
  • Previous customer service experience (in person or over the phone).

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, personable, team player.
  • Dedication to superior customer service.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Punctual and Dependable attendance.
  • Dependable and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and terminology.

Candidates will be required to pass drug screen and background check upon hire.
