Customer Service Representative

The HT Group is now hiring skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative for an insurance wholesaler in Northwest Austin. Join a tight-knit, friendly team with a passion for high performance and customer service. This role is Direct Hire, with great benefits and perks upon hire. The ideal candidate will have strong underwriting experience, with preference to candidates with call center or multi-line expertise. Must be in the Austin area to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop rapport with clients based on trust and product knowledge
  • Connect with prospective clients and help determine their insurance needs
  • Work closely with the Underwriting and Sales teams

Requirements:

  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources to complete customers’ requests
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance or related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work closely in a team environment.
  • Must have one-year customer service experience
