Customer Experience Agent

Are you a caring and capable team player with a passion for helping others? The HT Group is searching for a sharp Customer Experience Agent to join our clients’ service team here in Austin, TX! We are looking for customer service representatives who are self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to customers interested in placing orders, gaining product knowledge, and choosing products that best fit their needs.

Full Time
$14-17/hr DOE
Open Availability Preferred

Duties include:

  • Responding to support emails and tickets from customers
  • Receiving/directing inbound phone calls from customers
  • Helping customers make a wide range of account related changes
  • Assisting new customers by providing sales related information
  • Delighting customers in all steps of the customer care process
  • Entering data into system or database software

We are looking for people with:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Ability to think fast, multi-task and work under pressure to make definitive decisions
  • Dedication to superior customer service
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual, dependable and able to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and terminology

Candidates will be required to pass drug screen and background check upon hire.
