Customer Care Support- South Austin

The HT Group is searching for a dependable and empathetic Patient Support Associate for our client’s customer care team. The ideal candidate is friendly and professional, enjoys creating a positive customer experience, and is a quick learner who is passionate about being of service to others.

Monday-Friday
8 AM-5 PM
$14-15 /hr
40 hours a week

Duties:

  • Communicate with patients by phone, email, or mail to answer incoming inquires and offer solutions
  • Determine charges and coverage for service requested and insert data into information system
  • Solicit sale of new/additional services and relaying product knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail when updating patient records
  • Schedule deliveries, pick-ups, discontinuances, maintenance or changes in service
  • Able to recommend corrective services to resolve patient complaints and coordinate the correction of the complaint to ensure service recovery

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities based on customer needs
  • Must demonstrate practical knowledge of computers and software applicable to the industry
  • Self-motivated and eager to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental program structure (Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements) as well as policies and procedures
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision
