Compensation and Benefits Analyat

The HT Group is now hiring a Benefits and Compensation Analyst for a great company in Southwest Austin. Join a fun, hardworking team working to improve the lives of thousands of Texans affected by storms and natural disasters. The ideal candidate will have compensation analysis background. This role is contract-to-hire.

  • Length: 3 month conversion to FTE
  • Schedule: M-F 8-5
  • Reports to HR Manager
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Compensation
      • Implement and upgrade compensation program and policy
      • Analyze salary in the market
      • Manage positions and review position descriptions
    • Performance Management
      • Communicate and manage annual Merit/Reviews and ongoing performance dialogue
    • Engagement
      • Launch engagement survey, facilitate focus groups, and communicate action items to the enterprise
  • Requirements:
    • Must have 2-5 years of compensation or market analysis experience
      • Success in implementing and maintaining a compensation enterprise-wide program
    • Performance management and/or employee engagement experience is nice to have (but not required and we can train someone)
    • HR background
    • Hands-on experience with a HRIS and knows how to handle reporting
    • Doesn’t mind transactional and HR support work
