The HT Group is partnering with an established insurance provider here in North Central Austin who is looking for a Client Services Associate to assist in their brand-new insurance office! The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills and must be tech savvy with experience in the insurance industry.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen upon hire. This is a work at the office job practicing social distancing.
- Manages Annuity New Business documents received for new policy applications.
- Provides annuity new business case policy information by telephone and written correspondence
- Answers questions and concerns to all client policy holders
- Forwards escalated requests to the correct department.
- Conducts data research and case management policy files
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in related areas
- Effective communication skills for sharing appropriate information with Agents and vendors
- 2+ years of experience in Annuity Policy Insurance Industry
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen upon hire
