Bilingual Customer Service
Full Time: Open Availability Preferred
- Answer 40-50 inbound calls a day in both English and Spanish
- Conduct data entry into software
- Correspond by phone, email, and chat
- Additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Additional Software skills, including CRM/ERP a plus!
- 1 year in a Customer Service/Call Center environment preferred.
