The HT Group is partnering with one of Austin’s top companies in search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Gain the chance to become part of a hardworking team in a growing organization! The ideal candidate is Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong customer service and computer technical skills. Must be living in the Austin area to be considered.

Bilingual Customer Service

Full Time: Open Availability Preferred

Pay: $15-$16/hour

ASAP Start

North Austin


  • Answer 40-50 inbound calls a day in both English and Spanish
  • Conduct data entry into software
  • Correspond by phone, email, and chat
  • Additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 45+ WPM
  • Additional Software skills, including CRM/ERP a plus!
  • 1 year in a Customer Service/Call Center environment preferred.
