The HT Group is seeking a sharp and friendly Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Austin. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and take initiative on projects. This position is temp to hire, with great team members and a professional, friendly workplace.
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $15-20/hour DOE
Immediate Start
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for executives and their department
- Answer phone calls and direct to correct person/department in friendly manner
- Be the main point of contact for office, and face of company for guests, customers, clients
- Assist with processing internal paperwork for new hires
- Perform other related duties and assignments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Well-rounded technological capability (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
