The HT Group is partnering with one of the fastest growing brands in the outdoor industry to find an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Specialist who is itching to get their foot in the door at one of the coolest companies in Austin. This is a contract role.
We are looking for friendly, focused, and fun folks to join this team! You will be providing Administrative Support to a face paced sales team and assisting with customers as needed. This position requires high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Pay rate $18/hour
South Austin *this position will be remote for the time being*
- Provide exceptional support in all activities related to the Business Development sales process.
- Provide direct support to the Business and Sales Development Representatives by handling customer inquiries, quoting, order entry, and customer follow up.
- Participate in the gathering and compiling of sales data and metrics into portal.
- Provide direct phone support and coverage on an as needed basis.
- Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Demonstrable history of success in supporting team activities and working across multiple job roles and functions
- Experience in using SAP and / or NetSuite
- High level of focus and attention to detail
