Administrative Assistant

The HT Group is seeking a sharp and friendly Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Austin. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and take initiative on projects. This position is temp to hire, with great team members and a professional, friendly workplace.

Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $15-20/hour DOE

Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for executives and their department
  • Answer phone calls and direct to correct person/department in friendly manner
  • Be the main point of contact for office, and face of company for guests, customers, clients
  • Assist with processing internal paperwork for new hires
  • Perform other related duties and assignments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Well-rounded technological capability (Salesforce experience is a plus!)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to type 45+ WPM
