Administrative Assistant

The HT Group is partnering with an exciting client in Austin, TX in search of a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their Qualitative Market Research Firm as Broker Support. In this position, you will assist the Strategy Team in efforts to maintain top-notch service for current clients. We are looking for an individual that works well in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, and eager to work as a team or independently. The ideal candidate enjoys conducting research, analyzing demographic or trade area data, and presenting findings to brokers.

Full Time (Contract-to-hire)

Monday-Friday

8am- 5pm

$15-20/hr Dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research and site selection process to collaborate with our marketing and operations departments on an as-needed basis
  • Provide support for everyday projects such as market research
  • Finalize client presentations
  • Create Real Estate committee packages
  • Clear written and verbal communication to internal and client-facing personnel

Requirements:

  • High level of proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and general computer applications
  • Ability to effectively use the Internet for research purposes
  • Ability to learn quickly and assist a small staff
  • 1+ years’ experience preferred in account, marketing or project management
  • Accountability and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree required
