Account/Project Manager

The HT Group is now hiring an Account/Project Manager for a home furnishings company in South East Austin. This position is a long-term opportunity for the right person.   • M-F, Full Time
  • South East Austin
  • $28 – $31/hr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to achieve maximum results from major customer relationships
  • Manage order entry with manufacturing and maintain product details for internal and external use
  • Coordinate customer needs by communicating with all departments within the company to achieve results
  • Partner with Product Development team on new product introductions and sampling
  • Oversee processes to ensure departments are on schedule and provide updates to customers and Account Executives as needed
  • Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, analyzing information and providing solutions
  • Maintain and nurture strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for upholding the Core Values and being a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (vlookups and pivot table strongly preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
